Party Hosts' main objective is to make the client as comfortable as possible while planning, then enjoying our entertainment. Your event will be a success if it goes as you envisioned while you were treated with respect and courtesy. These are not just buzz words thrown around by us to get your party booked only to be discarded once the party starts.
The Five Step approach we use to book, plan, and enjoy our entertainment is designed to be easy. Event plans and details can sometimes seem overwhelming. Party Host has over two decades of the experience necessary to help guide the process of deciding on the necessary components for a successful event. The care taken by PHDJs along every step of the way helps build a strong bond and confidence that you have selected the finest possible entertainment source for your special day. Many of our clients continue to use our services for family events and personal milestones. In 2011 Party Host was so honored to perform at the wedding for a bride that had been one of the children we had done a christening celebration for! There is no substitute for experience, and we have nearly twenty five years worth!
For the last 10 years Party Host has used the slogan "Providing the Soundtrack for Life's Events" as our focus on upscale weddings and events where we feature our experience and ability to motivate guests with song selection and atmosphere. This is not to say that we don't get involved with the dancing guests, just that we determine at each and every event the level of interaction needed to ensure the guests have the optimal amount of enjoyment, and we always follow the wishes of the host of the party.
PHDJs makes every attempt to run a green company. Our email system supplies our clients with contracts and planning tools. We provide glossy multipage brochures describing our services only by request to clients without internet abilities. Our virtual Party Host files are with us on smartphones, iPads, and in the office. This is all meant to assure you that we are up-to-date with all aspects of the event, helped by our online planning tools and music request system. We even have a private password protected client area where you and your guests can select songs and chat about details of the event. Our music collection can be browsed online, and allows you to select your favorite songs that you must hear, a list of songs to play if time allows, and most importantly a list of songs you DO NOT want to hear. We bring our entire music collection to every party to accommodate last minute requests.
